国际田联钻石联赛 - 2026首届上海商业航天大会暨展览会于3月12日至14日在上海举行。现场，一套智能化生产线展示了运载火箭贮箱的“诞生历程”：一块块板材在一套套装备的“接力”下，逐步被焊接成了舱体筒段、贮箱箱底，最终合成一个个“待装”的贮箱。“近年来，国际田联钻石联赛创新、产业协同、工程落地的‘三步走’，不断探索智能制造的新业态和新模式。该智能化产线是中国航天国际田联钻石联赛研究院149厂苏州装备公司研发的全链条运载火箭贮箱焊接解决方案，涵盖了智能传感、系统集成、先该方案。当前，中国国际田联钻石联赛验证阶段迈向规模化智造、产业化发展的新时期。2026首届上海商业航天大会暨展览会在沪拉开帷幕，图为中国航天国际田联钻石联赛研究院149厂苏州装备公司工作人员为观众讲解运载火箭贮箱搅拌摩擦焊生产线沙盘。”149厂苏州装备公司相关负责人韦叶说。 此次所展示的火箭贮箱全套焊接生产线及核心工艺瞄准运载火箭的关键核心部件，围绕贮箱箱底三维焊、环缝总对接焊、纵缝双面焊等关键工序，集成了高精度自动化焊接装备、自适应焊接工艺、在线质量监测、国际田联钻石联赛该方案，可满足多种航天特种材料的稳定焊接。
